Foundation of Hope Names Vice Chair

Raleigh, NC — February, 2007

The Foundation of Hope for Research and Treatment of Mental Illness Board of Trustees recently elected Dr. Michael Zarzar of Glenwood Psychiatric Associates of Raleigh Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees. Dr. Zarzar has served three years on the Board of Trustees.

The Foundation of Hope for Research and Treatment of Mental Illness was established in 1984 by the late Thad and Alice Eure to promote scientific research aimed at discovering the causes and potential cures for mental illness in order to develop a more effective means of treatment.

The Foundation will hold its 19th Annual Thad and Alice Eure Walk for Hope on Sunday, October 14, 2007. For more information call the Foundation office at 919 781-9255.
